Squash and Apple Bake

2 ld. Butternut Squash1/2 cup Packed Brown Sugar1/4 cup Blue Bonnet Light Margarine1 Tbsp of white flour1/2 tsp of mace2 granny smith apples
Heat to 350 degree oven. Melt butter and core and cut apples into 1/2 inch slices. Cut each squash in half, remove seeds andfibers,peelsquash,cut into 1/2 inch slices. Stir together remaining ingredients except apple slices. Arrange squash in ungreased baking dish 11 1/2 x 7 1/2 x 1/2 inch: top with apple slices. Sprinkle sugar mixture over the top: cover with foil. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until tender. Serves 5
