2 tbsp Evoo2 tbsp Sugar Free Rice Wine Vinegar1 packet splenda with fiber1 tsp Perpared yellow mustard1 tbsp water1/4 tsp saltBlack pepper to taste4 cups mixed greens1 Haas avocado10 oz cooked chicken breast1/4 cup green onions10 pitted black olives, halved
Directions
Mix first 7 ingredients and set aside

divide remaining ingredients over 2 plates

drizzle 1/2 the dressing over each plate
