Red Wine Vinegar Dressing

Ingredients
One slice of onion2 cloves garlic, peeled1 tsp Worcestershire sauce1 tbsp balsamic vinegar ( optional)RED WINE vinegar 1/4 - 1/3 cupolive oil 1/4 to 1/3 cup1/4 tsp saltdash pepper1 tbsp dried basil
Directions
Put all ingredients into a blender or magic bullet or food processor. Blend until onions and garlic are smooth. use more or less vinegar as desired...I like my dressing very vinegary. 1 TBSP of dressing with about 2 cups of salad, tossed in a covered bowl is just right...the dressing is strong and not a lot is needed for flavour!
