Chicken Stir Fry w/ Peanut sauce

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts1 tsp sesame oil1/4 cup low sodium soy sauceMarinate above 1 hourred bell pepper choppedbag of birds eye mixed veggies2 tbsp peanut butter
Marinate chicken one hour. Pour marinade off into saucepan and bring to boil. Lower heat to low and add peanut butter.
Heat canola oil in skillet on high. Add chicken and cook until almost done, stirring every few minutes. Add bell pepper and veggies. When tender pour sauce over chicken and veggies. Serve over brown rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
