Chocolate Fruit & Nut Clusters

Ingredients
1 bag (12 oz.) semi-sweet chocolate chips (54% cacao) ¾ cup coarsely chopped dried Mission figs¾ cup golden raisins1 cup chopped walnuts2 tablespoons sunflower seed kernels
Directions
Cover a large baking sheet with wax paper; set aside. Melt chocolate in a double boiler over slightly simmering water. Combine fruits and nuts in a small bowl, add to melted chocolate and stir lightly to completely coat all ingredients. Spoon tablespoon-sized clusters onto baking sheet about one-inch apart. Refrigerate 30 minutes until completely set. Clusters can be stored at room temperature or in refrigerator, but flavors taste best at temperature.
