1 lb ground beef1 onion, chopped1 - 10 oz an condensed tomato soup1 green bell pepper, chopped1 - 8 oz can tomato sauce1 - 14 oz can diced tomatoes, undrained2 cups penne pasts
In large skillet, cook groud beef with onion until beef is browned and onion is tender. Drain well. Add soup, green pepper, tomato sauce, and undrained tomatoes. Stir well and simmer, uncovered, for 10 minutes to blend flavors.
Cook pasta until almost al dente. Drain and rinse with cold water. Stir pasta into mixture in skillet. Cool mixture in refrigerator. Pack, label, and freeze.
To thaw and reheat: Thaw overnight in refrigerator. Pour into skillet and add 1/4 cup of water if necessary. Heat mixture until bubbly and serve.
