Low Cal Egg Salad

Ingredients
8 eggs1 T. light mayo2 T. mustard1 t. celery seed1 t. paprika1/2 onion, dicedsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Hard boil eggs, cool, peel and chop. Combine all ingredients in large bowl and mix well. Mash up with fork. Serve on bread, crackers or over crisp lettuce as salad.
