Crock Pot Loaded Baked Potato Soup

6 large potato's5 chicken bullion cubes or tsp. of loose bullion4 cups of water1 can nonfat evaporated milk1 cup chopped scallions1 cup shredded cheddar cheese1 cup sour cream (reduced fat)8 slices turkey bacon cooked and crumbled1 Tbsp salt1 tsp pepper
Wash and dice potato's into large bite size pieces. Add them to the crock pot. Add water, bullion, evaporated milk, salt, and pepper. Cook on high 4 hours, or low 8 hours. Add sour cream, bacon, cheese, and scallions to individual bowls as desired.
