Ingredients
Directions
12 oz extra firm tofu, frozen, thawed, drained and sliced in 1/4 inch slices.Marinade:1/4 c lite soy sauce1 1/2 TBSP agave nectar1 tsp dry mustard1/4 tsp garlic powder1 tsp onion powdercooking spray
Mix marinade.
Spoon half the marinade evenly over the tofu slices (in a plastic storage dish or large ziplock bag that you can lay flat and turn over to redistribute the marinade a few times) .Turn the slices over and spoon the rest of the marinade over the tofu. Marinade in refrigerator for a minimum of two hours, but it's better if it marinades over night or all day while.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
Line a cookie sheet or large flat baking dish with aluminum foil, spray with cooking spray. Place the slices on the sheet, spray the top of the slices with cooking spray and bake for 45 minutes turning over half way through cooking time.
For softer slices, bake only 35. We like them firmer and crunchy on the edges.
Serving Size: Makes 4 servings of about 3 slices each
