Creamy Guacamole

Ingredients
2 medium sized avocados2 tbsp. sour cream1 tbsp. salsa1 splash of lemon juice
Directions
Cut the avocados in half and remove the seed. Spoon the flesh into a small bowl. When all of the flesh is removed, add the remaining ingredients. Mash well with a fork. (The easiest thing to do is just to blend it in a Magic Bullet if you have one!) This recipe will serve about 6 people.
