Chick Pea Salad

Ingredients
Chick Peas (Garbanzos Beans) - 1 tin 15.5ozCucumber (with peel), 1 cup cut in small chunksRed Ripe Tomatoes, 4 slices cut into small chunksSweet Corn Can full sizeMozzerella Poly O Part Skimmed, 2 serving - cut into small chunksPickled beets - approx half a cuo cut into small chunks*Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp *Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Garlic, .5 cup Cilantro, raw, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Pour into a large mixing bowl the chick peas and the sweet corn. THen cut into small chunks the beetroot, the cucumber, the tomato and the mozzerella cheese. Add the garlic and chop up tje cilantro. Add in the EVOO and the Baalmic vineger, mix with a large spoon. Its ready! THis is a great appetiser salad with some wheat bread or as a side dish if you are having a sandwich or fish dish!
