Ingredients
Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 large whole, quarteredsweet raw onion, 1 lg, quarteredTomato Paste, .75 can (6 oz) Water, tap, 3 cups, steamingKroger 2% sharp cheese, 0.5 cup (or more as desired)Mrs. DashKroger plain greek yogurt, 1.25 servings (optional)
Directions
Put all but yogurt together in blender in order. Turn on low, rapidly turning to high, blend for 3 minutes. Serve with yogurt if desired.
