Pineapple Mango Salsa

Ingredients
1 fresh pineapple, cored and diced2 mangoes, diced1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper1 cup diced tomatoes1 small onion, chopped3 tbsp fresh cilantro (more or less to taste)juice of 1 fresh lime1 tsp tabasco sauce, adjust to taste
Directions
Combine all ingredients, refrigerate for at least an hour before serving to allow the flavors to blend. If you're in a big hurry, deli pico de gallo can be substituted for the tomatoes, peppers, and onions. Serve over any white meat and watch the boredom vanish!
