2 14oz cans Artichoke hearts in water rinsed and drained1/2 cup grated pamesan reggiano cheese1/4 cup fresh curly parsley finely chopped2 tsp lemon peel finely grated1 Tbsp lemon juice1 Tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp salt1 clove garlic minced2 Tbsp pine nuts
Directions
Add Artichoke hearts to food processor, pulse until finely grated
Add remaining ingredients, process until smooth
