Apple Pear Salad

Ingredients
1 large apple, cored and cut up2 medium pears, cored and cut up1/2 oz of pecan halves, chopped1/2 cup chopped onion1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped3 T tamari sauce
Directions
1. In a medium sized bowl, combine 1 LARGE APPLE, CORED AND CUT UP, 2 MEDIUM PEARS, CORED AND CUT UP, 1/2 OZ OF PECAN HALVES, CHOPPED, 1/2 CUP ONION, CHOPPED, and 1/4 CUP FRESH CILANTRO, CHOPPED.
2. Mix well.
3. Pour in 3 T TAMARI SAUCE, and stir until all ingredients are coated well with tamari (add more if needed).
4. Serve.

Serving Size: Makes four 1/2 cup servings.
