Bacon Cheeseburger Salad

1lb Gound Beef6 Tbs Pace Picante Sauce(optional)15 Pimento Olives2 Tomatoes1 whole cucumber8 Tbs Hidden Valley Ranch Bacon Ranch Dressing4 Tbs Bacon Bits1 C Shredded Cheddar Cheese
1.) Saute the ground beef with your favorite seasonings. I like it spicy, so I used some Steak Seasoning, Carribean Jerk Seasoning, Black Pepper and Season All.
2.) Add the Picante sauce and Olives and let simmer covered for 5 minutes.
3.) Prepare salad; each serving includes:
* 2 Cups of Lettuce
* 1/2 a tomato
* 1/4 cucumber
* 2 tbs of Dressing
Or mix them together and dish it out in the proportion you choose.
4.) Divide the ground beef into 4 4oz servings. and place on top of salad mixture.
5.) Sprinkle 1tbs of bacon bits on the salad and add 1/4 cup of cheese.
6.) Eat & Enjoy!
