*Pumpkin, roasted, pureed, 2.5 cupsBrown Sugar, .33 cup, packed Truvia Natural Sweetener, 1 1/2 TBEgg substitute, liquid .5 cup *Flour, white, 3 TBMilk, nonfat, 1 cup
I made my own pumpkin puree - so I used 2 1/2 cups of that. Mix all ingredients except milk in a mixing bowl. Stir in milk. Preheat oven to 350. Spray a 9 in pie pan and pour mixture in. Bake for 45 min or until knife comes out clean. Serve with whipped topping or low fat frozen yogurt. YUM
