Broccoli with Lemon Ginger Sauce

1 bunch broccoli (about 1 1/2 lbs)2 tbsp dry sherry1 tsp grated ginger root1/2 c fat free, 50% less sodium college inn chicken broth2 tbsp lemon juice1 tsp low sodium soy sauce1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 1 1/2 tsp cold water
Cut the broccoli into medium-size florets, discarding the stems and steam.
Combine sherry, ginger, chicken broth, and lemon juice. Bring to boil, the boil 1 min, reduce heat and add soy sauce. Gradually add cornstarch mixture and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture thickens, about one minute. Serve over the heat ed broccoli.
Serving Size: makes 2 large servings or 4 smaller ones
