1 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk1 serving chocolate protein powder (I use EAS)1 Tbsp. vanilla pudding mix1 Tbsp. cookies & cream pudding mix1 Tbsp. peanuts1 Tbsp. Torani sugar-free caramel syrup1 cup ice
Directions
Put everything in a blender and blend until smooth.
