Albondigas (Meatball soup)

Ingredients
1 1/2 lbs Lean Ground Beef2 Medium Tomatoes1/2 small onion1 cup riceabout 6 fresh mint leaves1 cup choped potatos (chopped in squares)2 large eggsGarlic saltChicken boullion2 small cans of tomato sauce
Directions
Fill up a 5 quart pot 3/4 full of water, bring to boil. Add the cans of tomato sauce, bring to boil.

Mix in a bowl all of the ingrediants, make medium sized meatballs and put in the boiling water. Cook for about 45 minutes

Serving Size: Makes 12-14 medium meatballs
