Vegetable Cheese Soup

Ingredients
32 oz of frozen mixed vegetables (I use on 16 oz bag of frozen broccoli and caluliflower and 1 16 oz bag of frozen broccoli, cauliflower and carrots)10 oz can of Rotel2 32oz containers of chicken broth6 oz Velveeta cheese
Directions
Put vegetables and broth in a large pot...cook until vegetables are tender. Add Rotel, stir. Add cheese, continue stirring until cheese is melted.
