Large deep dish serving pan18 large eggs2 green bell peppers3 roma tomatoes1.5 cup of shredded cheese1 package of Turkey BaconSalt and Pepper optional to taste
Beat Eggs in a blender until fluffy. Pour into bottom of oven safe deep dish cooking pan. Dice tomatoes and green peppers and mix in with eggs. Cook turkey bacon for about 2 minutes in a saucepan on stove. Then layer on top of eggs. Cook for 25-30 minutes on 350. Take out and add cheese. Put back in until cheese is melted. Take out, let cool for 5 minutes and serve.
