Jamie Eason's Turkey Muffins

Ingredients
1lb extra lean ground turkey1 small stalk celery, diced very fine3 egg whites1/3 cup oat flour1 minced garlic clove (or garlic powder)seasonings to taste (I used salt, pepper, minced onion)
Directions
Preheat oven to 375. Spray muffin pan with non stick cooking spray. Mix all ingredients well. Divide into 6 equal parts and add to muffin tin. Bake for 40 minutes or until internal temperature reads 160 degrees.
