Cabbage, fresh, 6cup, chopped (remove)*Besan, .25 cup (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)Turmeric, ground, 1 tsp (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper (remove)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
Heat oil in a pan and add cumin, chopped jalapeno, turmeric and chopped cabbage. Stir and add salt and stir again. Cover and cook for 10 minutes. Sprinkle besan( chickpea flower) over cabbage and stir. Cover and cook for another 5 minutes, garnish with cilantro and serve.
