1 24 oz can tomato juice1 tsp. pepper1 tsp. oregano1 shake of sea salt4 cups of each:tomatoeschopped bell ppperchopped onionsshredded cabbagesliced celerysliced carrotssliced zucchinisilliced mushroomsbean sprouts
Bring juice to a boil and add all the vegetables. Cover and cook at a lowe heat. Simmer until begetables are cooked but crisp.
