Roasted Red Pepper Hummus

2 cans (16 oz) Chick Peas4 cloves Garlic2 pieces Roasted Red Peppers1 tsp Sriracha2 tbsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1. Drain chick peas and retain liquid. Mince garlic as fine as possible. Chop roasted red peppers.
2. In the bowl of a large food processor, pulse chick peas 10-15 times. Add garlic, red peppers and Sriracha. Process on medium until the mixture is paste like in texture.
3. While the processor is running, stream in olive oil.
4. If the texture is still too thick, use the reserved chick pea liquid to thin out the hummus.
Serving Size: Yields 10 1/4 cup servings
