Tamale Pie

Ingredients
masa flour for tamales=1/2 cupchicken broth= 1/4 cup (or veggie broth)sprinkle in adobo to your tasteadd garlic to your taste ( usually about 2-3 tsp minced)1 cup cut up onion- one small oneshredded cheese- any flavor you want- about 1/2 cup(or you can use hummus instead of cheese, or soy cheese)add any veggies you want. (roasted red peppers, brocolli, spinach, ......)
Directions
mix all together in a food processor and put in a baking dish covered with foil.
cook at 350 for approx 35 mins.

can serve it with rice and re-fried beans!!
