Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
4 C. Flour2 C. White Sugar1/2 C. Brown Sugar2 tsp. Baking Soda1 1/2 tsp. Salt1 tsp. Baking Powder1 tsp. Cinnamon1 tsp. Nutmeg1/2 tsp. Cloves1/4 tsp. Ginger1 16 oz. Can Pumpkin1/2 C. Veg Oil1/2 C. Applesauce1 1/3 C. Egg Beaters2/3 C. Water
Directions
Preheat oven to 350* Spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray.

Mix dry ingrediants well. Beat pumpkin, oil, applesauce, egg beaters, & water together; add to dry ingrediants; stir just til moistened. Do not over mix.

Pour 1/2 batter into each pan. Bake at 3508 for 1 to 1 1/4 hour or til toothpick inserted into center comes out clean.

Cool on rack. Remove from pans after 10 min.
