1/2 C A/P flour1/4C + 2 Tblsp sugar1/2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1 1/2 Tblsp butter, softened1/4 C milk1/2 egg1/4 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all well, add to a greased and floured small baking dish. Use a 5" ramekin or 5" square dish.
Bake approximately 25 minutes or until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
