Flour, white, 2TJamaican Jerk SeasoningChicken Breast, no skin, 6 ounces (2 chicken breast)Lime juice 2TOlive Oil 1T
Heat a no stick pan on medium high heat. Mix flour and Jamaican jerk seasoning on a plate. Pound out the chicken to about 1/2 to 3/4 inch. Place pounded chicken into the flour mixture and cover both sides. Place chicken into headed pan and brown both sides. Turn down heat to cook through. When pan cools down add lime or lemon juice. Finish cooking through.
