1 chicken apx.2 Lb cooked and deboned (no skin)2 Bell peppers thinly sliced1 large onion thinly sliced3 garlic cloves chopped1 1/2 cup white wine.1 Tsp salt 1tsp ground pepper (or to taste)1Tsp paprika powder1.5 Tsp cumin (ground)1 cup chopped tomato or crushed tomato(Pomi brand is all natural)
debone the cooked chicken remove skin and shred meat.
Heat 1 tbsp oli to frying pan ,
add the onion slices and pepper slices with the chopped garlic ,add the shredded chicken and white wine,
add the chopped tomato/or crushed tomatoes,cumin salt and pepper , let cook for 20 min, add more spices if needed.
serve with rice, or on a bun.
