Crustless Low carb bacon and chedder Quiche

Ingredients
1/2 cup Atkins flour1 cup cheddar cheese 8 slices of cooked crumbled bacon1 1/2 cups milk4-5 eggs1 small onion chopped (optional)2 tbs butter1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp pepper
Directions
Sprinkle bacon and cheddar cheese into greased pie pan. Blend all other ingredients and pour over bacon and cheese. Place into a preheated 350 degree oven for 35-45min.
