Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:1.5 cup old fashioned oats1.5 cup whole wheat flour3/4 cup brown sugar1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ginger1/4 tsp allspice1/4 tsp nutmegWet Ingredients:1.5 cup pureed pumpkin3 tbsp canola oil1 large egg1 large egg white1/4 cup low fat milkOptional MIx-Ins:1/2 cup chocolate chips1/2 cup walnuts
Directions
Combine dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a separate bowl. After mixing dry ingredients, add mixed wet ingredients. Stir in mix-ins. Add to a muffin pan and bake at 375F for 18 - 25 minutes.
