1 small, fresh, ripe banana1 cup frozen cherries, unsweetened1/2 cup fresh spinach1 tbsp flax seed meal (ground flax)1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder12 oz unsweetened chocolate almond milk
In a 16 ounce bullet blender add banana, cherries, spinach, flax meal and cocoa powder. Fill with chocolate almond milk, leaving room at the top for blending.
Blend until smooth. Remove lid, fill remaining space with chocolate almond milk and pulse until combined.
For an icier texture, freeze banana prior to preparing milkshake.
