MonaVie RVL Oatmeal Pancakes

Ingredients
1 scoop MonaVie RVL vanilla cream powder1/3 cup oatmeal (dry, not instant)2 egg whites, whipped1/2 tsp baking powder1/8 tsp pumpkin pie spice1/8 tsp brown sugar
Directions
Whip egg whites, add other ingredients, blend to combine. Let sit 2-3 minutes. Cook on griddle over med heat about 2 minutes per side. I like to add a little light butter before serving!
