Minestrone (Olive Garden copycat)

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tspZucchini, 80 grams Onions, raw, 71 gramsGarlic, 3 cloves Celery, raw, 28 gramsGreen Beans, frozen, .5 cupCarrots, raw, 45 grams Fresh Parsley, 5.7 grams *Kitchen Basic Vegetable Stock, 2 cupBasil, .1667 tbsp*Goya Dark Red Kidney Beans, 1.75 cup Great Northern Beans, 1.75 cup *Del Monte Petite Cut Diced Tomatoes, 1.75 cup *Goya Black Beans, 1.75 cupThyme, ground, .25 tsp Oregano, ground, 1 tsp Salt, .75 tsp Water, tap, 5 cupSpinach, fresh, 2 cupOrzo Pasta, 0.33 cup
Directions
Saute onion, celery, garlic, green beans and zucchini for 5 minutes. Add carrots, parsely, spices, tomatoes, beans,
stock and water. Simmer 20 minutes then add orzo and spinach. Simmer 20 minutes more.

Serving Size: 6 servings or more depending on how much water you use. I tend to add more water as it's cooking.
