Ground beef, 16 oz (remove)Olive Oil, 2 1tsp (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove)Carrots, raw, .75 cup, chopped (remove)Celery, raw, .75 cup, diced (remove)Canned Tomatoes, 6 cup (remove)Beans, red kidney, 1 cup (remove)*White Kidney Bean, Progresso, 1 cup (remove)Beef stock, home-prepared, 6 cup (remove)Oregano, ground, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Pepper, black, 1.5 tbsp (remove)Parsley, 2.5 tbsp (remove)Tabasco Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)*Spaghetti/Marinara Sauce (tomato sauce), 3 cup (remove)*Macaroni, Elbow Ronzoni Smart Taste 2 oz, 4 serving (remove)
Directions
Saute beef in large pot add next 4 ingredients and simmer 10 min. Drain and rinse beans and add to pot. Add rest of ingredients. simmmer until celery and carrots are tender...about 45 minutes.
