Ingredients
low-fat shredded mexican style cheese cooked with 2%milk to make cheese sauce for elbow macaroni noodles.
Directions
make a rue with 1tbsp (real) butter and 1tbsp flour, cooking 2-3min until thick. Add 1cup milk and 1cup cheese, bring to boil stirring constantly until thick. Mix in elbow macaroni cooked according to package instructions. Add paprika for a more orange color without effecting flavor or add black pepper or hot sauce to create a more adult taste. YUM!
