Creamy Vegan Avocado Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 Haas avocado1/2 cup unsweetened soy milk1/4 tsp minced garlic1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp fresh ground black pepper1/4 tsp chili powderJuice of one wedge of lime
Directions
place all ingredients in a food processor or blender and pulse until everything is creamy. Makes about 10 tablespoons of dressing.

    I love it! I had to tweak it based on the ingredients I had on hand, no salt (I'm sure it enhances the flavor, but I have to eat as low sodium as possible) almond milk instead of soy and McCormick southwest sweet and smoky salt free seasoning instead of chili powder and pepper.
