Chicken Salad with a twist

1 13oz can of chicken breast in water3 Tbs light mayo1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp black pepper1 Tbs chopped cilantro
Directions
Mix all ingredients. I eat my chicken salad on one slice of toast.
