Chicken berger

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 16 ounces Ginger Root, 1 tsp mincedGarlic, 2 cloves mincedJalapeno Peppers, 1 pepper Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped Salt, 1 tsp *Canola Oil, 2 tbspCilantro, raw, 2 tbsp chopped
Directions
Mix together all the ingredients except oil. Divide in 8 portions and roll chicken mixture into balls and pat them into patties. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan and and fry them on medium heat . When they are golden , flip and fry the other side. Add oil as needed to fry them . Enjoy it on a bun with tomato and onion slices.
