Whole Wheat Scones

2 1/2 c Whole Wheat Flour1 TB Brown sugar1 TB Baking powder2 tsp Baking soda1/2 tsp Salt1/3 c Olive oil1 TB Apple cider vinegar3/4 c Original light soymilk
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl. In small bowl, whisk together wet ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and stir until fully mixed. Divide dough into two pieces. Pat out two disks about 1 inch thick on a baking sheet. Cut each disk into 6 sections and spread out the pieces slightly.
Bake for 12-15 minutes or until scones are firm to the touch.
