.5 cup black beans, if from can, rinse thoroughly.5 cup salsa1 avocado1 cup of brown rice
Directions
~Cook the brown rice as advised on the package.
~Cut up the avocado
~Place the rice at the bottom of a bowl, add the black beans, then the salsa and finish with the avocado!
