Ingredients
Main ingredients:Sweet potato, Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1/2 cupVanilla Extract, 1 tsp Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cupSalt, .5 tsp Mix topping together and sprinkle on top of SW Potato MixTopping:Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed *Whole Wheat Flour, .33 cup (1/3 cup)*Smart Balance Buttery Spread,(1/3 cup) Pecans, 1 cup, chopped
Directions
Main ingredients:
Sweet potato, boil and remove skin then blend in blender or mash
Mix in:
Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
Milk, 2%, .5 cup (remove)
Smart Balance, Smart Balance Light Buttery Spread, 1/2 cup
Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters), .5 cup
Salt, .5 tsp

Mix topping together and sprinkle on top of SW Potato Mix
Topping:
Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
*Whole Wheat Flour, .33 cup (1/3 cup)
*Smart Balance Buttery Spread,(1/3 cup)
Pecans, 1 cup, chopped

Bake at 350 for about 30 minutes or until begins to bubble.
