Smokey Cauliflower

Ingredients
1 block cream cheese, softened.1 head cauliflower, steamed and mashed1 lb pork sausage, cooked and drained3/4C Gruyere Cheese
Directions
Preheat oven to 350. Combine cream cheese, steamed cauliflower, and browned and crumbled sausage until well mixed. In a pre-greased 9x9 pan, place 1/2 of the above mixture. Top with 1/2 of the Gruyere, then repeat layers. Bake at 350 for 45-60 minutes or until cheese starts to brown.
