Chicken Chili

Ingredients
chicken breast, kidney beans (white or red), diced tomatoes, tomatoe sauce and/or 1tbsp of tomato paste, chili powder, cumin, onion
Directions
Roast or grill 12oz of chicken breasts until almonst done through, then cut into bite size pieces. Chop onions and add to a pot with a bit of spray pam or cooking oil. Add the seasonings, followed by the chicken, beans, tomatoes, and sauce. Stir to incorporate and simmer until heated through. Serve and enjoy.
