I added it to home-made extra thick yogart, then added the spaces I just didn't add as much yogart as recomended, then I used Agave and frozen pumkin. I was GREAT!!! I do not like canned pumpkin as it has a metalic taste. - 9/24/09

Even with doctoring up this recipe by adding ground cinnamon and extra Splenda with a small dollop of Cool Whip, it wasn't especially appetizing. What might work better than the vanilla yogurt is to add a container of Kozy Snack's sugar-free Apple Pie Ala Mode. - 1/4/08

Thanks. I'm going to have to try this. I love afghan pumpkin and have been searching for pumpkin recipes online, butthere aren't many. i've been mixing pumpkin with a small amount of maple syrup, but probably isn't as tasty. - 1/2/08

Wow! I finally bought the yogurt and tried this. It's a big hearty serving and tastes delicious!! A dessert or snack treat WITH FIBER! I added a Tbsp of maple syrup instead of the Splenda & 1/2 tsp of pumpkin pie spice. Really yummy!! Thanks, Lisa! - 1/1/08
