Ingredients
1 TBS Butter1 TBS Flour1 Cup 1% Milk2oz Cheddar Cheese1oz Mozzerella CheesePepper and Garlic to taste
Directions
Melt butter in sauce pan. Add flour and whisk until pasty. Add milk, pepper, and garlic. Whisk constantly over medium heat until sauce thickens. Add cheese in small amounts. Mix until sauce is uniform.
