Sunday Ham and Eggs

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 10 largeMilk, nonfat, .25 cup*Ham Deli Honey Hormel Natural Choice 4 slices, 8 servingsFit & Active 2% Milk - Mild Cheddar Shredded Cheese, 2 cupsMushrooms, canned, (2) small cansSherry, dry, 2 fl. ozCampbell's Cream of Mushroom Soup (condensed), 1.75 cup
Directions
Scramble eggs with milk and microwave to cook, stirring occasionally.
Place eggs in bottom of 9x13 pan.
Dice ham and cover eggs, then cover with layer of mushrooms.
Mix Sherry and Cream of Mushroom Soup, and spread over everything.
Sprinkle cheese over entire casserole.
Cover and refrigerate until 50 minutes before needed. (Better if refrigerated overnight, but not "necessary").
Bake at 250 degrees uncovered for 50 minutes.
