Potato and Brat Soup

12 oz Chicken Broth5 links Bratwurst4 Large Carrots, peeled and diced4 Stalks of Celerty, Diced1 large Onion, Diced6 large potatoes, peeled and diced1 Lg can diced tomatoes16 oz White Wine1 Bay Leaf 1T Old Bay Seasoning
Dice all vegetables. Saute brats until browned and cooked thru. Remove from pan. Set aside to cool. In pan with drippings, saute onions, carrots, and celery until tender. Peel and dice the potatoes. Add other ingredints: potatoes, tomatoes, wine, broth, and seasonings. Stir. Add Brats on top. Simmer covered for 60 minutes, stiring occaionally to make sure it doesn't stick. When potatoes are tender, remove from heat. Remove Brats. Puree half of the soup and return to pan. Slice Brats into circles, and return to pan. Stir and serve.
